After attending the first screening of Daniel Boulud’s documentary, Un Certain Goût de L’Amérique: Daniel Boulud, I instantly became enamored by this cheery French chef. The screening was followed by an in-person interview conducted by Dorothy Cann Hamilton, Founder and CEO of the French Culinary Institute. His friendly, hilarious demeanor shown through and had the crowd laughing in hysterics the entire time.
